Cotswold Cottage Retreats is a locally run holiday let management service designed for homeowners who want a hands-off, hassle-free experience without giving up control or paying high agency fees.

We’re not a big agency, and we don’t work like one. Instead, we offer full in-house support with a personal touch. From guest messaging and changeovers to laundry, hampers, and listing creation, everything is handled by our small, trusted team right here in the Cotswolds.

With over 10 years of experience across property, hospitality and marketing, we know how to make your holiday let stand out and keep guests coming back! Instead, we offer a full, flexible service that’s designed around what you need, whether that’s hands-off support or just help with the heavy lifting. Everything we do is managed locally, handled in-house, and tailored to make holiday letting simple, profitable and stress-free.

  • We take care of everything — from guest bookings and messaging to listings, pricing and check-ins. You’ll never have to deal with the admin side of holiday letting again.

  • We handle all guest messages, queries, and check-ins before, during, and after each stay. We make sure your guests are looked after — and you don’t have to lift a finger.

  • Our in-house team coordinates all changeovers between bookings, ensuring your property is spotless and guest-ready every time. Cleaning fees are billed separately and clearly.

  • All linen is professionally cleaned, pressed and restocked through our trusted local partner, Crease Releaser, for a five-star finish guests will notice.

  • We offer beautifully curated welcome hampers for each guest stay, freshly prepared by our local food partner Wild Thyme, to elevate their arrival experience.

  • We write and optimise your listings for the best platforms, manage your photos, and build a pricing strategy to maximise income across the year.

  • We keep track of guest essentials like toiletries, bin liners, and kitchen basics so you never have to worry about running out or doing a last-minute dash.

  • We regularly check the property and can arrange trusted local maintenance help for anything that needs sorting, from leaky taps to wear and tear.

  • We send you a monthly breakdown of guest bookings, cleaning costs, and income paid — so you’re always in the loop and know exactly what you’ve earned.
